Initial packaging using Autotools

To assure portability of our program, we will compile it using the GNU Autotools. I won't describe here all the advantages of such a tool and how to use it³. There are plenty of documentation⁴ for them over the internet. Basically, it will ensure that our program is portable across many kinds of UNIX-like systems.
